Renovating Our Kitchen On A Budget

*Collaborative Post

When we made the decision to renovate our kitchen we always knew we wanted to do it on a budget and to do most of it ourselves. *Gifted Items

The main thing I have hated about our kitchen diner in the last few years has been how dark it is. We opted for dark flooring, furniture and blinds when we first moved in 8 years ago and it never really crossed my mind that the space would feel so gloomy, I just liked the idea of not having any marks showing up.
