So, I used to work for a very well-known shoe retailer. I worked my way up in the company to become a Manager of a store and I was extremely passionate about what I did, especially when it came down to fitting kid’s shoes correctly. Those who worked for me will fondly remember (you loved it really!) all the training I put them through, how I worked far too many hours and had them dusting and organising the shop in every spare moment! I felt that we provided more than just an item to wear, we provided a service to ensure that people went away with well-fitting shoes and better overall knowledge of foot health. My Top Tips to New Mums for Looking Good
Looking good as a Mum is tough, isn’t it? I’ve had a few friends become new Mummy’s the last couple of weeks and it got me to thinking about how I found it having my first baby. I was pretty adamant that I didn’t need a book to tell me what to do or expect because, in my eyes, every baby is completely different; I chose to learn ‘on the job’. Brave or stupid? I’m still not sure!
One thing I wish I had been told about was how to cope with my new body shape, boobs that sprayed milk, hair that completely changed and how to deal with these issues when you have no time for yourself anymore.
