Father’s Day Gifts to Consider

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and with men being notoriously hard to buy for you may well be scratching your head at what gift to purchase.

Whether you are buying for your own Dad, the father of your children, or someone who has acted as a fatherly figure in your life, the following gifts are sure to impress and will prevent the need for any last-minute panic dashes to the 24-hour supermarket the night before.

Accessories

Whether the Dad in your life dresses up daily for work, or only for special occasions such as weddings, an accessory can make the perfect Father’s Day gift. If they are particularly into style, a timeless TAG Heuer watch could be a good option, as this is something they can wear every day.

If you think they would prefer something more understated, you could opt for a classic tie pin, ideal for subtly adding personality and class to an otherwise simple outfit. For an extra special touch, consider getting it engraved with something meaningful to them. If they own an Apple Watch, interchangeable Apple watch bands are another great choice, offering a way to personalize their watch to match different outfits and occasions effortlessly.

Subscription service

For the Dad that has everything, a subscription service can be a great gift. Gone are the days when the only options available are DVDs and magazines, there is now a subscription for just about anything.

From meal kits to coffee, and craft gin to skincare, there is truly something for everyone. Not only is this a great gift to receive, but it also works well for any budget too. Depending on how much you want to spend you can treat them to one month, one year, or have it as a continuous gift year after year.

Experience

If you would rather not gift a physical present, an experience could be a nice alternative. This will entirely depend on their preferences but could include a fine-dining experience, a race car experience, or a countryside excursion.

For fathers of young children, if you are in the position to do so, gifting them the opportunity to spend some time alone or with you, their partner, is also a lovely idea. This could be done via gifting a babysitting voucher, giving them the chance to spend some much-needed alone time or quality time together for you as a couple.

Hamper

If nothing in the shops seems to quite be hitting the mark, you could create a personalised hamper filled with some of their favourite things. Whether it be their favourite tea and a new mug, or an engraved bottle of champagne and all the components for an afternoon tea, you can completely tailor this to them.

Including a few new bits for them to try can also be a good idea. Make sure to listen out to what they enjoyed from the hamper the most, so you know what to repurchase for them again in the future.
