7 Simple Tips To Help You To Achieve Your 1000 Hours Outside Challenge

This year we decided to take part in the 1000 Hours Outside challenge. Being a Mum to 2 very active boys I didn’t think I would find it too hard but come February, I realised I had overestimated how much time we spend outside in the winter months. It is so easy to make excuses that it is too cold, too wet, we don’t have enough daylight time and I suddenly became very aware of how much we all relied on screentime to entertain us until the better weather came.
